Warwick 401 Oceanfront Wonderful views of ocean, beach and pool.  Spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom floor plan. This is an end unit with windows in the dining area and kitchen. The Living area has a wall of windows with sliding glass door that opens to a large covered balcony with views to the ocean, beach and pool. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances, a breakfast bar and a wet bar. The master suite has a king bed, and a wall of windows with sliding glass door that opens to the oceanfront balcony. The master bath has a garden tub, walk-in shower, and vanity with two sinks. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and a sliding door that opens to a private balcony. The bath has a tub/shower combination. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, a sliding door to a private balcony, and a bath with a tub/shower combination. The sleeper sofa is in the living room.

A Convenience Linen Package is included with your weekly rental!  Just show up and the beds will already be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are all included with short stays, and rentals of 1- 3 weeks.  For winter rentals, linen packages are available to rent.  

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.

VayK Gear beach equipment credit of $250 is included with all weekly rentals.  This features access to beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles and more provided through VayKGear.
