The open plan living, dining and kitchen have a view of the ocean through a wall of windows and the sliding glass door to the balcony. Bedroom 1 also opens to the balcony and view and the private bath has a vanity with double sinks, a garden tub and separate walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and the private bathroom is remodeled with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and the bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A Convenience Linen Package is included with your weekly rental! Just show up and the beds will already be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are all included with short stays, and rentals of 1- 3 weeks. For winter rentals, linen packages are available to rent.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.

The gated community offers a mix of vacation homes, condominiums, and villas spread amongst saltwater lakes, tidal creeks, marsh, and the pristine beach between Litchfield and North Litchfield.
