Cambridge 410 Oceanfront at Litchfield By The Sea is a 4th-floor condo with views of the Atlantic Ocean, Litchfield Beach, and Somerset Pool! This spacious end unit has the bumped out dining area with windows and lots of natural light.  Enjoy 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, with open living spaces for entertaining and enjoying company.  The living area opens to a furnished private balcony - perfect for sunrise mornings and comforting coastal breezes in the evenings.   The kitchen is well-appointed for meal preparation.  There is a breakfast bar with barstools and a dining table that seats 6.

The primary bedroom has a wall of glass windows and sliding door that opens to the balcony and view to the ocean. The master bath has a garden tub and walk-in shower. This condo is unique in that both of the guest bedrooms have sliding doors that open to private balconies.  Both bedrooms have private bathrooms that feature a tub/shower combination.     This condo has  Amazon Echo (Alexa), a reserved parking space underneath the building and a storage closet for beach gear in the garage area. The ground floor lobby at Cambridge has two elevators that service all floors.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.
