The condo boasts premium plantation shutters and plank flooring, 2 hypo-allergenic king beds and pillows, a 75" theater screen TV with high-quality sound system in the living area with access to most streaming channels, 2 different high-speed internet lines - one for gaming, one for office work, and plentiful charging stations for computers, phones, etc., plus it is stocked with fun board games and bestselling books for adults and children, and much more! Experience the perfect coastal getaway in this beautiful vacation rental.  There are 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, open living plan interior and outdoor living space on the expansive oceanfront, 5th floor balcony.  It is the perfect setting for entertaining and relaxing with friends and family. The kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and there is a washer/dryer inside the condo.  This unit has a reserved, covered parking space under the building, and an elevator to take you to the 5th floor.
