Inlet Point 5A Second Row - Enjoy a nice view of the ocean and marsh views from this 2nd Row Condo.  This wonderful three-story townhome is just one of eight total duplexes in 4 buildings on the second row inside of the Inlet Point gated community.  New to our rental program in 2024, this condo has been well-maintained and loved by the family that owns it.   There is covered parking with ground floor entry from the carport, providing an interior staircase to access to all three floors.  The main floor has the dining, living, kitchen, and one bedroom, bath with walk-in shower, and ample seating to enjoy the view. The dining area has a sliding door to the screened porch and sundeck.  The top floor has 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a private screened porch and 2 double beds. The private bath has a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and a private bath with a tub/shower combination.  The ground floor has the foyer and a bedroom, private bath with a tub/shower combination.
There is extra parking in the parking lot adjacent to the unit.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.

A Convenience Linen Package is included with your rental!  Just show up and the beds will already be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are all included.  (Linens and housekeeping service not provided for the loft. Renter assumes all risk when accessing loft area.)

Inlet Point is a gated community at the southern end of Litchfield Beach. This community encompasses Inlet Point Condos, Inlet Point South and The Peninsula with exquisite homes for rent. Inlet Point Condos offer two, three, and four bedroom floor plans. Buildings 13, 14, 19, 20, 21, and 22 have elevators. With beautifully landscaped, beachside surroundings, this community is bordered on the East by the wide sandy beach and Atlantic Ocean, and on the west, it is bordered by the Pawleys Island saltwater creek. Two community pools (one is olympic size), and a private boardwalk across the salt marsh out to a dock on the creek are also available for your relaxation and enjoyment. There are three private walkways conveniently located through the community that put you right on the beach.
