Rookery Trail 79 is located Second Row with peeks of the ocean from the open deck on the top floor.  This home has 4 Bedrooms, 3 baths, and multiple outdoor living spaces. There are 2 porches on the ocean side of the home, plus the front porch, the top floor sun deck and ground level covered patio with a grill.  There is a staircase leading up the the front porch on the 1st floor, and an enclosed entry with staircase from the garage to the 1st floor.  The 1st floor features the living area, dining area, kitchen, and 1 bedroom and bath.  The living area opens to a covered porch with an additional table where you can enjoy your favorite beverages and dine al fresco.  The kitchen is open to the living and dining areas so you can stay connected with friends and family while preparing your culinary delights.  The 2nd floor features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and the laundry room.  The master bedroom is very spacious and opens to a screened porch. The master bath has a vaity with double sinks, a walk-in shower and a garden tub. Bedroom 2 also opens to the screened porch. Bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 share a connecting bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower combination.  A spiral staircase leads up to the open deck on the top floor with peeks of the ocean.

Updates 2024 - New bedroom set in master, new king mattress. Other new bedding arrangements - BR 2 has a king, BR 3 has a queen and a twin, and BR 4 a queen. Fireplace updated for guest use.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included. 

Beach Gear Included - Rental includes $250 of Beach Gear Credit per stay. Enjoy having VayKLife deliver to your property beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, boogie boards, and more for stays from 5-21 nights.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.
