Shipyard Village A41 - Oceanfront

Shipyard Village A41 Oceanfront is beautifully renovated and updated throughout. The oceanfront, end unit location in the North wing offers great ocean and beach views. You can see the ocean when you walk in the door! The living area has a wall of windows and sliding door that opens to the covered balcony. The dining area has a wet bar and the kitchen is updated with breakfast bar, granite counter tops, and stainless appliances. Bedroom 1 has a wall of windows and view of the ocean. The private bathroom is remodeled with a garden tub and tiled walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms feature a private vanity with sink. The hall bathroom is remodeled with a walk-in shower with glass enclosure. Amenities include Reserved Covered Parking.

Current Pool Information - Hours & Rules. This condo has access to all of the Shipyard Pools and beach accesses,

Shipyard Village A and B sit along the direct oceanfront on each side of the pool.  All condos are 3 bedrooms with an ocean view.  The primary bedroom also enjoys an ocean view, while each of the guest rooms has their own private sink.  There are two elevators in each building, open stairs at the end of the breezeways, and convenient trash chutes on every floor. Renters are not allowed to bring pets.

Shipyard Village and Captains Quarters is an oceanfront community located south of all other condos in Litchfield by the Sea.  All four buildings surround the large pool complex with pool, kiddie pool, spa, and cabana with bathrooms. This beautifully landscaped community offers multiple elevators in each building, luggage carts, reserved parking, boardwalk access to the beach, and grill and picnic areas.  Building B has a ramped boardwalk to the beach for easy access.
