The two guest bedrooms have private vanities with sinks and share the hall bathroom. Special features: smart TV with expanded sports channels, and use of the storage closet on the ground level for your beach gear. Guests have access to all Shipyard and Litchfield by the Sea amenities - beach access, swimming pool, tennis courts, and more.

Shipyard Village A and B sit along the direct oceanfront on each side of the pool. All condos are 3 bedrooms with an ocean view. The primary bedroom also enjoys an ocean view, while each of the guest rooms has their own private sink. There are two elevators in each building, open stairs at the end of the breezeways, and convenient trash chutes on every floor. Renters are not allowed to bring pets.
