Trident Oceanfront Pet Friendly - This oceanfront home in Litchfield Beach has been a guest favorite for generations of families.  Guests love the large great room and dining area that offer a striking view of the ocean.  Enjoy the great view from the screened porch and 2 Large Ocean Front Decks.  One deck is furnished, including a Picnic Table, and the at the end of the boardwalk to the beach has built-in bench seating. The Ocean Front Screened Porch is furnished with Rocking Chairs.  This classic beach home has a kitchen fully equipped to prepare your favorite dishes for your friends and family.  The main dining table seats 10 and the second table seats 4.  There are 3 bedrooms on the main level with ocean views and easy beach access from doors opening to the oceanfront deck. Another bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and a TV Room/Den are also located on the main level.  Both bathrooms on the main floor have a tub/shower combination.  The ground level features one bedroom and a private bathroom with walk-in shower.  This room is located in the breezeway in the carport and has access to the main floor via the covered front steps or the staircase up to the oceanfront deck.  There is an enclosed outside shower and nice laundry room in the carport area. 

Amenities Include:  TV Room/Den on the Main Floor, Central AC, Highchair, Wireless Internet,  Cable TV's (one is a Smart TV), Blu-Ray player; Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer/Dryer, Ceiling Fans, Charcoal Grill, Fish Cleaning Sink. Covered parking for small vehicles (low clearance) and extra parking in the driveway. No Smoking. 

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linen Packages or Individual Sheets and Towel Sets may be arranged through The Dieter Company by request.
