Oceanfront in Litchfield By The Sea with a great view of the beach, ocean, and the pool below. Warwick 203 features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Open floor plan in the living area, dining and kitchen. The living area has a wall of glass windows and a sliding glass door that opens to a large, private balcony with views of the beach, ocean and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining table seats 8 comfortable. There is also a wet bar with an ice maker in the dining area. The master suite has a king bed and a wall of windows with sliding glass door that opens to the oceanfront balcony. The luxurious master bath has a walk-in shower, and two separate vanities, each one has a sink. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and private bath with walk-in shower with bars and a seat. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds, and the bath has a tub/shower combination. The sleeper sofa is in the living area. This vacation retreat is equipped with cable TVs, DVD, wireless internet, wet bar, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, central AC/heat. Elevators service all floors and luggage carts are available for guests. 
No Smoking & No Pets are allowed.

Linens Included for all rentals.  This includes all linens with beds made and towels included.

VayK Gear beach equipment credit of $250 is included with all weekly rentals.  This features access to beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles and more provided through VayKGear.
