This beautiful condominium is new to our program! It is a direct oceanfront unit with spectacular views of the beach and ocean.

Very nicely furnished and decorated, fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, Wireless Internet, Cable TVs. The living area has a great ocean view with a wall of glass windows and doors for access to the oceanfront balcony. The master suite also opens to the balcony and features a master bath with garden tub, and a shower.

 Litchfield by the Sea is the premier resort in Pawleys Island, with over 4,000 acres of private oceanside property. The gated community offers a mix of vacation homes, condominiums, and villas spread amongst saltwater lakes, tidal creeks, marsh, and the pristine beach between Litchfield and North Litchfield. All communities have access to unsurpassed resort amenities, including private boardwalk access to the beach, tennis and pickleball courts, oceanfront clubhouse with sundeck, cabana and wheelchair ramp, fishing lake with pierhead, marsh overlook with floating dock, miles of walking/jogging/bike paths, and 24 hour gated entrance. This resort is convenient to shopping, restaurants, golf courses and grocery stores.
*Pets are not allowed by guests in Litchfield By The Sea.
*Please note that boats, motorcycles, trailers, and recreational vehicles are not allowed in Litchfield by the Sea.  Guests are not permitted golf carts at oceanfront and oceanside properties.
*Litchfield By The Sea Owners Association has proposed a Resort Fee starting 1/1/2023. If approved later this year, the required HOA fee of $5 per car per day will be added to the rent.

From VRBO - This unit met our needs for a family of 2 adults and 3 teens. If my Mother had come with us, we might have been more cramped. This unit only has one bedroom that is Oceanfront. Not a deal breaker, but if you have more than set of adults that wants oceanfront bedrooms, this one might not be for you. The furniture is comfortable and clean. I would have liked a DVD player with the big screen in the living room. there is one DVD player in the master bedroom, but that was not conducive for family movie time on a rainy day. We used the cords available and used a laptop as the DVD player in the living room. I love the Pawley's Island and Litchfield area. Will definitely be back there in the future. Here's hoping the outdoor pools open
