Shipyard Village - Litchfield by the Sea
The Shipyard Village community has two oceanfront, five-story, V-shaped buildings featuring one level, three bedroom, two bath condo rentals. Captains Quarters is also part of the Shipyard Village community, and sits in between Shipyard Village A and Shipyard Village B behind the pool complex. Buildings A and B at Shipyard have spacious and beautifully furnished interiors, balconies and gorgeous views. Approximately 1645 heated square feet, each vacation rental has a fully equipped kitchen, living, dining areas and master suite with floor to ceiling windows and view of the ocean. Master baths feature garden tub and separate shower. Each floor is serviced by two elevators, and there is a beautiful pool and hot tub complex with cabana. Other amenities include miles of beautiful beach, salt water fishing lakes, a marsh overlook with dock, tennis courts and walking paths. Shipyard Village was the first community built on the oceanfront in Litchfield by the Sea. The buildings were completely renovated, and reopened in 2013. Shipyard Village enjoys all the amenities at Litchfield by the Sea including seven tennis courts (lights for night time play), seven miles of walking paths, oceanfront clubhouse and cabana, fishing lakes, and marsh overlook with creek dock.
