What are Your primary duties at Dieter Co? 

Homeowner Relations & Winter Rentals

Where were you born and when/ how did you end up in our area? 

I was born in West Virginia.  We traveled to the coast as a child growing up and in 1982 my family moved to Myrtle Beach.

One thing about you that others might find interesting?

  I have three amazing children, My oldest daughter followed in my footsteps into property management, My middle son is active is the US Army, and my youngest daughter is honors student.  

Your favorite rental property(s) and why? 

The Creek House.

I love Old Pawleys and the Creek House is the epitome of what a summer at the beach should feel like.  

What do you enjoy doing when not at work?  

Spending time with my Kids and my granddaughter consignment shopping. 

Favorite local restaurant and what to order? 

The River Room - Everything on the menu is wonderful but the Flounder and cream brulee are my favorite.

What family activities do you recommend? 

Visiting the Harbor Walk in Georgetown for great food, ice cream and some great history. 

What is your best local insider tip? 

The best fresh shrimp is from the "shrimp man" at the corner of the north causeway.
