Shipyard Village A15 - Oceanfront

Shipyard Village A15 Oceanfront features a fabulous direct oceanfront view,  This is an end unit with a view straight out to the ocean and up and down the beach. There is a window in the dining area giving extra light and views of the coast. The living area has floor to ceiling windows and a sliding door that opens to the direct oceanfront balcony. The primary bedroom also has full length windows and a gorgeous view of the ocean. This condo has been totally renovated. The kitchen has granite countertops and breakfast bar. There is a wet bar with an ice maker in the dining area. The dining table comfortably seats 5 with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Both bathrooms have been beautifully renovated. The primary bathroom has a garden tub and walk-in shower. The hall bathroom has a walk-in shower. Both guest bedrooms have private vanities with a sink. Guests have access to all Shipyard and Litchfield by The Sea amenities - beach access, swimming pool, tennis courts, and more.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Shipyard Village A and B sit along the direct oceanfront on each side of the pool.  All condos are 3 bedrooms with an ocean view.  The primary bedroom also enjoys an ocean view, while each of the guest rooms has their own private sink.  There are two elevators in each building, open stairs at the end of the breezeways, and convenient trash chutes on every floor. Renters are not allowed to bring pets.
*Please note Shipyard A & B do not have covered parking for all units. Condos with covered parking are noted in the description above.

Shipyard Village and Captains Quarters is an oceanfront community located south of all other condos in Litchfield by the Sea.  All four buildings surround the large pool complex with pool, kiddie pool, spa, and cabana with bathrooms.
