Shipyard Village A56 has spectacular views of the beach and ocean. This top floor condo at Litchfield by the Sea features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Living room with vaulted ceiling and a wall of windows, door and transom windows above. The sliding door opens to a covered balcony overlooking the pool and the beach.  The Kitchen has a breakfast bar and the dining area has a wet bar. This condo is beautifully furnished and decorated. The primary bedroom features floor to ceiling windows with spectacular ocean view. The primary bath has a garden tub and a separate walk-in shower.  Two guest bedrooms have private vanities with a sink and share a hall bathroom. Special features: reserved, covered parking space and a storage closet downstairs. Guests have access to all Shipyard and Litchfield by the Sea amenities - beach access, swimming poo, tennis courts, and more.

A Convenience Linen Package is included with your rental!  Just show up and the beds will already be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are all included.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.

Pool Opening Details

Shipyard Village A and B sit along the direct oceanfront on each side of the pool.  All condos are 3 bedrooms with an ocean view.  The primary bedroom also enjoys an ocean view, while each of the guest rooms has their own private sink.  There are two elevators in each building, open stairs at the end of the breezeways, and convenient trash chutes on every floor. Renters are not allowed to bring pets.
*Please note Shipyard A & B do not have covered parking for all units. Condos with covered parking are noted in the description above.

Shipyard Village and Captains Quarters is an oceanfront community located south of all other condos in Litchfield by the Sea.  All four buildings surround the large pool complex with pool, kiddie pool, spa, and cabana with bathrooms. This beautifully landscaped community offers multiple elevators in each building, luggage carts, reserved parking, boardwalk access to the beach, and grill and picnic areas.  Building B has a ramped boardwalk to the beach for easy access. 
*Please note children in swim diapers are only allowed in the kiddie pool.

*Litchfield By The Sea Owners Association has proposed a Resort Fee. If approved later this year, the required HOA fee will be added to the rent.
