After a wet and cold winter in Pawleys Island, we are ready to “Spring Forward” at the beach! With the change in seasons we are all reminded that it is time to schedule routine maintenance and the Annual Spring Cleaning. These professional services are performed by local contractors who are glad to speak directly with homeowners regarding specific questions.

Inlet Point has been working to renourish the beach in front of Inlet Point South and The Peninsula for over a year. After many delays, the project started around Memorial Day Weekend.

Exterior restoration project was named by the owners association July 25th, 2022 and will begin promptly on September 6th of this year. The project will involve removing and replacing the exterior wall. The construction is scheduled, weather permitting, to be completed in early April, 2023.

With extreme heat over the next few days throughout Pawleys Island, we wanted to share some suggestions to help keep you as cool as possible.
