The living area is spacious and airy with a ceiling that vaults to 2nd floor loft. The dining room has a sliding door leading to the backyard sundeck. The kitchen is fully equipped with a smooth top cooking range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Three bedrooms are on the main floor (Bed sizes: 2 Kings, 2 Queens). The bedroom 1 has a King bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 on the main floor has 2 Queen beds. Bedroom 3 on the main floor has a King bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a hall bath. There is a half bath on the main floor, as well as the washer and dryer for laundry day. Upstairs is a loft with a Queen sleeper sofa. The ground floor features 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom in the connecting hall. The bedroom with a king bed has a cable TV. The bedroom with 2 Singles has a TV with DVD only. Ground floor bedrooms have exterior access only - through the carport area. The carport area underneath the home has plenty of room for parking and a picnic table. Beach access #54, located across the street from Litchfield Retreat, is designated as a wheelchair ramp.
