Shipyard Village A53 - Oceanfront

Shipyard Village A53 has a magnificent view of the ocean and coastline! Located in the front corner of the North wing and featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. The living area has a vaulted ceiling and a wall of windows, sliding door and transom windows above. The sliding door opens to the covered balcony and beautiful view. The renovated kitchen has granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and a smooth top cooking range. The dining area has a wet bar with icemaker. The primary bedroom has a wall of windows with a view out to the ocean. The primary bath features a garden tub and walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms have private vanities with sinks and share the hall bathroom. Special features: smart TV with expanded sports channels, and use of the storage closet on the ground level for your beach gear. Guests have access to all Shipyard and Litchfield by the Sea amenities - beach access, swimming pool, tennis courts, and more.

A Convenience Linen Package is included with your rental!  Just show up and the beds will already be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are all included.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.

Pool Opening Details

Shipyard Village A and B sit along the direct oceanfront on each side of the pool.  All condos are 3 bedrooms with an ocean view.  The primary bedroom also enjoys an ocean view, while each of the guest rooms has their own private sink.  There are two elevators in each building, open stairs at the end of the breezeways, and convenient trash chutes on every floor. Renters are not allowed to bring pets.
*Please note Shipyard A & B do not have covered parking for all units. Condos with covered parking are noted in the description above.

Shipyard Village and Captains Quarters is an oceanfront community located south of all other condos in Litchfield by the Sea.  All four buildings surround the large pool complex with pool, kiddie pool, spa, and cabana with bathrooms. This beautifully landscaped community offers multiple elevators in each building, luggage carts, reserved parking, boardwalk access to the beach, and grill and picnic areas.  Building B has a ramped boardwalk to the beach for easy access. 
*Please note children in swim diapers are only allowed in the kiddie pool.
