Welcome to Osprey Watch 4C - Located directly on Osprey Lake! This location is perfect for bird watching and fishing...and just a 3-minute walk to the private Litchfield By The Sea oceanfront deck and beach access. The Villa is attractively furnished and offers three outdoor areas...a main level screened porch, main level deck with a Polywood dining area plus two loungers, and a lower level deck with Polywood seating, plus outdoor dining area. The main floor features a large living area with comfortable seating while watching TV. The dining table seats 8 and breakfast bar seats 2. The kitchen is updated and fully equipped, including a Keurig Coffee Maker. This floor features a master bedroom, with access to deck, and spacious bathroom with tall ceiling, skylight, double vanity, walkin shower and tub. There is also a half bath and laundry room with a new full-sized washer and dryer on the main level. A 2nd-floor  bedroom has a King bed and TV also. The other bedroom on the top floor has 2 Twin beds and a bunk bed, plus an in-room sink/vanity, and TV. These bedrooms sleep a total of 6 and share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination. There is covered parking underneath for 2 cars and an entrance from the carport directly into the villa.

A Convenience Linen Package is included with your rental!  Just show up and the beds will already be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are all included.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
