The spacious living area opens to the oceanfront porch, while the large dining area comfortably accommodates family meals with seating for ten, additional breakfast bar seating, and outdoor dining overlooking the ocean.

The well-appointed kitchen is a chef's dream, offering spectacular ocean views, generous workspace, two dishwashers, two sinks, two microwaves, and a double oven, making meal preparation effortless for large groups.

The first floor offers a den with TV, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a half-bath. The oceanfront bedroom opens to the porch and has a bath with double sinks, tub and walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a view of the creek and opens to the front porch. The bath has a tub/shower combination. There is a washer, dryer on the first floor. 

The second floor offers 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Two of the bedrooms are oceanfront and open to the large sundeck. One of the oceanfront bedrooms has a bath with double sinks, a tub and walk-in shower. The second oceanfront bedroom has a bath with a tub/shower combination. The two bedrooms on the creekside open to a covered porch and a view of the saltwater creek and marsh. Both bedrooms has baths with a tub/shower combination.  There is a 2nd washer, dryer on this floor.

Other amenities: elevator, 2 enclosed outside showers, garage parking for 4 cars, access to the community pool and boat ramp.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.
