Sandpiper Run B1F is oceanfront and gorgeous! Totally renovated throughout, this one level condo has two balconies and is located closest to the ocean in the South Wing on the first floor. Walking into the condo you will see the ocean through a wall of glass windows and the sliding door. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area creates a beautiful space for your family and friends to enjoy the view. The living area has a large wall mounted TV and sliding glass door that opens to a comfortably furnished balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon snacks and beverages after a day on the beach. This condo features travertine floors and crown molding in every room. The fully equipped kitchen has upgraded cabinetry and granite countertops. You’ll find everything you need to prepare meals when you choose to dine-in, and the dining area has a beautiful round table that seats 6. The master suite also opens to a private balcony and view of the ocean. The master bath features an upgraded vanity with 2 sinks and a large custom tile, walk-in shower with rainfall shower head and handheld shower. Bedroom 2 has a private vanity and large wall mounted TV. Bedroom 3 also has a large wall mounted TV. The hall bathroom has an upgraded vanity and a tub/shower combination. This condo has reserved covered parking, Guests at Sandpiper Run have access to luggage carts and there is a reserved, covered parking space for this condo. Other amenities include a large swimming pool complex with cabana and bathrooms, grilling area, a walkway to the beach with a beach shower, and all the amenities of Litchfield by the Sea - tennis/pickleball courts, fishing lake, marsh overlook with floating dock, miles of jogging/walking/bike paths and much more!

A Convenience Linen Package is included with your rental!  Just show up and the beds will already be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are all included.

Pool Opening Details

Sandpiper Run A and B sit along the direct oceanfront on each side of the pool.  Sandpiper Run condos have an ocean view and feature 2, 3 and 4 bedroom floor plans. The primary bedroom also enjoys an ocean view. Building A features unique two-story townhouse-style floor plans in 2, 3, and 4 bedroom configurations.  Building B consists of single level, 3 bedroom units only.  All primary bedrooms are located along the oceanfront and feature a private ocean view balcony.  Enjoy an ocean view from the living room, balcony, and primary bedroom with its own private balcony.  There are two elevators in each building, open stairs at the end of the breezeways, and convenient trash chutes on every floor. Renters are not allowed to bring pets.

*Please note Sandpiper Run A & B do not have covered parking for all units. Condos with covered parking are noted in the description above. There are reserved, uncovered parking spaces for all units. 

Sandpiper Run and The Crescent are located along the oceanfront just north of the Litchfield by the Sea clubhouse.  This community has four buildings surrounding one of the largest pools in Litchfield Beach.  Sandpiper A and B sit along the oceanfront at each end of the pool, with Crescent C and D enjoying an ocean view over the pool.  Each building has 2 elevators, assigned parking, and luggage carts as a convenience for guests.  Amenities include landscaped grounds and paved pathways, a large oceanfront pool complex featuring a pool, kiddie pool, spa, cabana, picnic, grill area, and boardwalk access to the beach.
