Shipyard Village A32 - Oceanfront

OCEANFRONT - Shipyard VIllage A32 has a spectacular view of the ocean and up the beach. This is a great location in the North wing of building A. The oceanfront balcony is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee, relax in the afternoons and evenings. Take in the view and enjoy the beauty of the coast.  The open plan living, dining, kitchen areas have a view of the ocean. The living area has a wall of floor to ceiling windows and glass sliding door opening to the covered balcony. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped for preparing meals for your family and friends. There is a wetbar with icemaker in the dining area.  The master bedroom has a wall of floor to ceiling windows and view to the beach and ocean. The updated master bath has a large walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms have in-room vanities, and they share an updated hall bath with a tub/shower combination.  Check in:  Saturday to Saturday Rental During Summer Months A Convenience Linen Package is included with your weekly rental!  Just show up and the beds will already be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are all included with short stays, and rentals of 1- 3 weeks.  For winter rentals, linen packages are available to rent.  

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.

Current Pool Information - Hours & Rules. This condo has access to all of the Shipyard Pools and beach accesses. 

Shipyard Village A and B sit along the direct oceanfront on each side of the pool.  All condos are 3 bedrooms with an ocean view.  The primary bedroom also enjoys an ocean view, while each of the guest rooms has their own private sink.  There are two elevators in each building, open stairs at the end of the breezeways, and convenient trash chutes on every floor. Renters are not allowed to bring pets.
*Please note Shipyard A & B do not have covered parking for all units. Condos with covered parking are noted in the description above.

Shipyard Village and Captains Quarters is an oceanfront community located south of all other condos in Litchfield by the Sea.  All four buildings surround the large pool complex with pool, kiddie pool, spa, and cabana with bathrooms. This beautifully landscaped community offers multiple elevators in each building, luggage carts, reserved parking, boardwalk access to the beach, and grill and picnic areas.  Building B has a ramped boardwalk to the beach for easy access.
