*Please note that boats, motorcycles, trailers, and recreational vehicles are not allowed in Litchfield by the Sea. Guests are not permitted golf carts at oceanfront and oceanside properties.
*Litchfield By The Sea Owners Association has proposed a Resort Fee starting 1/1/2023. If approved later this year, the required HOA fee of $5 per car per day will be added to the rent.

Love the place. Needs a proper outlet under the walkway to charge the golf cart. All the staff have been courteous and accommodating. We had an internet problem and they promptly responded and fixed it. Great!
House is beautifully appointed. Gorgeous. Kitchen is Perfect- nicely equipped. Suggestion: great signs in kitchen to operate household - maybe put one by the grill to encourage people to clean it when they are through. We loved the house! It is beautiful and we had a wonderful week. The Staff is excellent.
